About Me
My name is Amanda Dennien and I feel no shame in admitting that I am an absolute romantic at heart. I truly believe that LOVE is the answer to every question. Being a celebrant, I am able to honour love in so many ways. I was blessed to marry the love of my life in 1993. We now have four grown children and three grandchildren, whom we adore. Now that I am semi-retired, hubby and I run our family farm, whilst I also work as a relief teacher. Just for fun, I dabble in writing, with one history book already in print, two in the process, and four children’s books waiting to be published. Becoming a celebrant has always been a dream of mine. Throughout my life I have attended weddings, funerals and other events, only to find myself mesmerised by the words and sentiment being delivered. For me, it’s always about the story. I believe every person has a story; and it is a privilege to be able to tell that story in a way that honours life’s journey so far. I hope to be able to tell yours soon!
